At ATOS Orlando Academy we provide a safe, clean, and fun environment for people of all ages and skill levels to learn Self-Defense and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. There are 3 programs in our Academy: 1. Adult Program: For adults of any age, who are looking to get in shape, for its stress-relief effects, to improve their discipline and confidence, or to learn street self-defense. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gives anyone the ability to overcome any attacker regardless of size and strength. We also offer special classes for those who like to compete at no extra charge. 2. kids/anti-bullying program: Strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within this program for our future champions. 3. Woman only Program: It's very important to introduce women to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
