Not only was this the worst limo ride or party bus ride but it was the most scandalous demonstration of taking advantage of people... Upon boarding the bus we were forced to pay $475.00 IN CASH ONLY FOR THE TIP UP FRONT... THE BILL WAS $1, 670.00 AND THEY INSISTED ON THE MONEY OR THEY WOULD NOT TAKE US TO THE GAME.... SECONDLY WE WERE PROMISED THE RED SPRINTER VAN.. instead we got this oversized party bus with terrible suspension the TV was damaged the driver didn't know anything about anything on the bus.. after the game we waited almost an hour outside the game trying to meet up with the driver who we specifically left I dropped the PIN at the location to meet us and this idiot ended up on the other side of the stadium and had a breakthrough all the long traffic blockages.. outright thieves I STAND CLEAR FIND SOMEBODY ELSE

This is the second time I've used Churchill Limo and party bus and I've always been impressed with the service. We rented the Camero limo again for my mother in laws 80th birthday party and Ken the owner was absolutely fantastic, he accommodated us in every possible way.. our driver Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure our experience was unforgettable. Thank you Ken for another fantastic experience and thank you Ricardo for your outstanding service!! I can't wait to use them again!!

Please share this.Churchill Limousine was the worst experience I have ever had in renting a bus/limo in the last 15 years.Our rental was not “road safe”. Our $5000 investment with Churchill Limo was a mistake. And their unwillingness to take a phone call is your warning. We sent a registered letter, lawyer contacts, and multiple unanswered emails and many phone calls to reach the owner or Rosemary - all still gone unanswered.Our experience: we were promised the bus upon review would be in perfect order. But the day of event, the sound system in the bus did not work, audio visual equipment did not work. The sound was coming from only 2 speakers in the front of the bus. The back of the bus could hear nothing, and our programming couldn’t be used. Our investment in this day was destroyed by the quality of the bus. We were told nothing could be fixed.Churchill Limousine put us in danger: within 5 minutes the bus had to pull off the expressway with warning lights. This happened several times, our bus driver was told by owner to proceed. Several of our passengers, including professional truck drivers, noted the some of the tires were very low and had ery little tread. 60 miles into our trip, we experienced a blow-out of the two rear tires. This was an extremely dangerous incident in freeway speed traffic. The driver was able to come to a complete stop with no injuries of our guests. However, there was no proper communication with 40 people on the side of the road. 2 hours later a different, smaller bus arrived. This replacement bus was very small, many people had to stand for the rest of the 7 hour trip. Cords and track lighting, etc... all were laying on the floor and created a tripping hazard.Churchill Limousine provided unsafe conditions; shattered windows, bald tires, and the fact that the inside of the bus did not provide what we had rented for $5,000. And then their lack of customer service to discuss the issues. Nothing.I encourage anyone planning an event, wedding or business gathering to steer clear of Churchill Limousine, in West Allis WI. Their unsafe vehicles, and unprofessional business response throughout our experience is a red flag for your next rental.

Worst client service ever! We booked a bus, everything was good. Driver was in time to pick us up, he was nice and kind.First red flag, he asked us to bring our own mini-plug cord to plug our phone to the radio and get music. Luckily enough, we had a cord like that. When we tried to plug it in, the radio went off. It wasn't even giving us the chance to turn it on, or change to Bluetooth or anything. Nothing. Dead. The driver was kind enough to try himself but it wasn't working still. Long story short, we ended up having a party with NO music or solution. The driver said you should ask for a refund, and that's all he proposed. When the weekend was over, we called the agency to ask for a refund. First we talked to a nice lady that spoke Spanish and she mentioned we should think what compensation we wanted. Fair enough, we did some research and came to a number. When I called to talk to the owner, he was absolutely rude, not willing to listen and saying that he offered us a 2 hour ride but he wasn't going to give any refund. He said that the radio was brand new, which it wasn't. He said that the driver should have offered us to take us back and cancel the ride, but the driver didn't mention that. Even if he did, we were 13 people, with a long night ahead, dinner and pub booked, we were just trying to have a good time... but we ended up with no music.I don't understand how this man runs a business without taking care of his clients and being so incredible rude to us. Never again. Not only because of the flaw in the service, but because of this man's disgusting treatment.
