I had a great time and would go again

A business trip for my husband and I tagged along. The hotel was in a great location, seemed to be fairly new. Room was a bit small, but well done. There is no lounge and the only amenity we were offered as a lifetime titanium elite member was a continental breakfast, not including coffee. When my husband asked for water upon check in, the response was, we can start a tab for you. Honestly, the best part of this hotel was the valet! Super friendly and outgoing! We left the hotel to get dinner, they gave us a great suggestion of Tony’s. We would have never found this place on our own, but an excellent suggestion! They followed up upon our return as to what we thought, perfect recommendation. Also recommend the rooftop bar for great views of the city.

This hotel has some of the best service I’ve encountered. Starting right with valets, Austin & Jason. Josh in the restaurant, the ladies in the rooftop bar (Abby) and everyone up front. Really pleasant and comfortable, and cool. Location is amazing.The food is NOT amazing. It’s edible, most of the time. So that could use some work. Excellent drinks though.

We had a wonderful stay at The Edwin Hotel in Chattanooga! A special thank you to Anna at the front desk — she was absolutely great, very helpful, welcoming, and polite. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and made our stay even more pleasant. Excellent hospitality and a great experience overall!

Location and hotel was fabulous. We absolutely loved our valet and room staff. Shout out to Jason Odom, Carson, and chandler for making paying for valet much less painful haha. They were fantastic to be greeted back by everytime. Kennita was fabulous at keeping our room in shape and checking on us daily. We did wine tasting on Thursday night at Whitebird and it was so fun! The staff there were wonderful. We were disappointed in the front desk staff and pool but other than that it was a really great anniversary trip!
