St. Elizabeth Seton Church is a beautiful Catholic church that was first established in November of 1976. It was started by the late Bishop Leo T. Maher, who made Monsignor Frederick J. Florek the first pastor of the church. It's one religious landmark in Carlsbad that addresses a number of issues in everyday life. They have ministries for mothers of young children, separate men and women ministries, for music and another of teenagers. Do contact the church for mass details and other information.
