Calavera Park has always been on top of the list when I either for myself or looking for a larger group had to pick one in the area.Good vibes and did you know you are yards (well maybe a few more feet) away from one of two volcano calderas in north county San Diego???

If the weather is nice, why not spend some time outside here with your family. If the weather isn't being nice and is raining, then come inside and use the gym. They have different events throughout the week/weekend here. A nice venue available to all in the Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista area.

It's a very well maintained park, with a community center, a gym and large parking lot. There are tennis and basketball courts, baseball field and picknic tables which can be reserved. They are very popular for any kinds of celebrations. In the summer, there are free rock or jazz concerts on Fridays.
