The room was clean-shaven. The towels very worn. A/C vent had dead bugs.

Room was dirty, AC not working AND THERE IS NO GYM. They advertise a gym but admitted that they are using it for storage instead. They also refuse to pick up the phone.

Greeting by no one had to ring the bell to get someone. Clean room but the mattress sucked, no wifi. Couldn’t figure out the ac it was set to celcius . Also got woken up by people talking then homeless arguing. Parking was so small down an alley and on the other side of freeway is where the homeless live. Breakfast was sad, limited food. I don’t think I will come back unfortunately

David Z what is the best employee I’ve ever interacted with in a hotel. And I’ve been in many many Business occasions. Hook him up or he’s gonna get hired by me just saying. thank you for a good stay.

Room was clean and well appointed and everything worked, except for the wifi. We were there 3 nights and it was out the whole time. There were bugs in the room, including a very large palo verde bettle. Very noisy here. The breakfast was good, with lots of options. But the worst part was someone stole money from our room. I know we shouldn’t leave money in the room, but we thought it was hidden, but no. The fact that the staff leaves the same response to all negative reviews here is telling. They flat don’t care.
