Founded in 1943, Mesa Public Library serves the information , educational, cultural and recreational needs of the community. It serves as a resource center by providing a range of materials that includes books, magazines, newspapers, databases and reference materials in both traditional and newly evolving formats. The library offers several services, such as story sessions, book discussions, movie showings , writing workshops and reading programs. Mesa Public Library provides access to Internet resources, as well as materials from other institutions . In addition, it offers computers for word processing.
