I received a poor-quality massage that was rushed. When I chose not to tip because I was not happy with the service the other lady got upset and called the one who attempted my massage. She told me that she worked hard on me and I should pay her a 20% tip. I told her this is not my first massage and I knew what a good quality massage felt like. She wanted to continue to pressure me into tipping for a service that I was not pleased with. I refused and told her I could pay and dispute the charges with my card company. At that time she accepted the standard massage amount.

This place has the best massages around and is worth every penny however, the customer service is lacking and they charge YOU a fee if you don't pay in cash. The credit/debit fee should be there expense but whatever. I tipped what I thought was average and apparently lady was demanding more bc she said 10 and added that to my bill. That was uncomfortable but after the extra tip and using my card fee it was about 22 more than expected.

Booked 2 appointments and arrived on time for both. First appointment was no problem except poor quality massage. Second appointment didn’t happen. Kept being told that I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for an 11:30 appointment. What’s the point in booking a massage if they aren’t going to honor your time frame. Don’t go unless you want to be disappointed.

Absolute worst massage I've had. The therapist was rude and unprofessional. I requested a 45 minute massage, she stopped after 15 minutes and told me she didn't have time to finish with no explanation. Very strange and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
