I have been a licensed broker since 2002 but have been active in the real estate industry since the 1990s. I enjoy opportunities to work with both buyers and sellers by listening to their wants and needs and I strive to deliver the best service possible in order to accommodate those needs. I believe in working with clients from beginning to end, and beyond. I especially enjoy the opportunities to educate clients and consumers about real estate and the processes involved in home buying and selling. I offer my clients the highest level of customer service backed by an extensive marketing background, consistent and effective communication, technology based data analysis and taking time to educate clients and consumers so that they can make the most personal and best decisions for themselves. My fun fact is that I own fainting goats! I cover Northern Colorado including Boulder County, Weld County, Larimer County, Adams and Broomfield County. Including several cities: Firestone, Frederick, Longmont, Boulder, Erie, Brighton, Ft. Lupton, Thornton, Broomfield, Lyons, Loveland, Berthoud, Johnstown, Ft. Collins, Livermore, Wellington, Greeley, Timnath, Windsor, Eaton, Ault, Severance.
