he ruined my 5 pants. Simple hemming turn in to nightmare. Instead of apologizing, he kicked us out his house. STAY AWAY.. he doesn't know what he is doing.. He is a jerk..

Wow this guy definitely gets one star for customer service. I called to inquire about availability, as I need to get some shirts and pants altered. He told me he just doesn't have time for that....
