Whether you are experiencing dis-ease in your life or disease in your body, I'll gently guide you through the areas that are blocked, out of balance or in some way unfulfilled, and together, we'll address the underlying roots of these issues so that you can create meaningful change in both your inner and outer worlds. I also offer life coaching, wellness coaching, herbal consultations, and private or group yoga and meditation classes, as well as Reiki trainings for those who want to deepen their own intuitive and healing abilities.
