Sunshine Family Yoga is Wichita's premier prenatal and early childhood family yoga studio. Nurturing community and wisdom sharing for pregnancy, birthing and parenting. Prenatal Yoga classes are for all trimesters and on-going. We offer fun and family focused classes for littles from 4 weeks to 10 years, including a postnatal mom and baby class. We also offer Zumbini, movement and music play with 0-4 yr. old littles and parents/caregivers. Yoga and Music Play is Better Together!
