Do not stay here. They told us parking was covered and after we left, charged over $100 to my card for parking. When I called the hotel to get help, the front desk person was rude, then hung up on me, and no one would help me when I called back over and over. This is the only Hilton Garden Inn that has given my family such a horrible experience! I will never stay at one again.

Well this is not the usual type place I stay, but I was on a great father-daughter trip and this is where she reserved, so...We were on the fifth floor. The room was big with two king size beds, refrigerator, and Nespresso type coffee maker. The room was clean with good storage and lots of room. Good amenities in the bathroom. Strong fast WiFi and lots of places to charge stuff. Good location across from shops and restaurants and about one mile walk to Pearl Street Mall. They have a laundry for guests to use.

I would like to express my appreciation of the kindness and personal touch I received from the moment I arrived at the hotel as soon as I walked through the doors from Matthew Tutle who oversees the management of your guests front desk experience. He went above and beyond beginning with me requesting an early check in to get to a brand new job and right after going through the death of my mother. I know he treats all your guests in the same manor but was especially meaningful to me that day. My experience during multiple visits now with his staff who I have acknowledged in a separate review, shows that he has instilled these values and level of customer service in his entire wonderful team. Just extreme gratitude and you are lucky to have him. That is while be coming back and asking for him by name.

Bed Bugs. Need I say more....but I will. This hotel is filthy. I was traveling with 4 colleagues and we each had to change rooms multiple times for these reasons: Bed bugs (2 rooms), Toenail clippings, blood stains, hairs in beds, beds that look like someone slept in them before us, filthy floors

It’s 12:35 am. People are loudly talking in the courtyard. Called the front desk to complain. Young lady who answered said she didn’t think they could do anything about it. I asked for a quiet room. Additionally, no soap or tissues in the room. The room smells bad and the furnishings are old. I will never stay at another Hilton. Ever.
