There is Black mold in the bathroom I told the manager and he did not care

Location is great and staff is friendly. The room is not worth $400 per night, and there is no hot tub, shower sucks. It’s also crazy to charge that much and then try to nickel and dime you for $21 buffet breakfast lol, is it not industry standard to have free breakfast??

I stayed here for CU Boulder move-in week. My flight kept getting delayed and my son was arriving before me. I used the chat feature in the app and spoke with Emery. She was incredible, and insured that I had connecting rooms and also arranged it so that my son could check in before me. It is extra mile customer service like this that Boulder is known for. Emery was such a gem, and she made our stay easier, lessstressful, and more enjoyable! I will also give a shout out to Betty who runs the breakfast spot in the lobby. She is such a sweetheart, and radiates joy for her job. I will continue to book this hotel when I return for parents weekend, etc.

I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. The hotel is in a reasonable location in Boulder, not too far from the central area. The reception staff were friendly and checked me in efficiently. The wifi worked well throughout.My room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. There was a coffee machine and a microwave, along with bottled water. The bathroom was clean and a reasonable size, there was a shower but no bath tub. Water pressure and temperature was good. There was good air conditioning, but it was quite noisy so I turned it off.The main thing that is making me give 3 rather than 4 stars is there was a terrible design flaw with the room. There was a plug socket by the coffee machine which had an inbuilt light. When the room light switches were off, this light came on automatically and it was impossible to turn off (see photo). It would have been bright enough to stop me from sleeping, I had to cover it with a pillow. I asked at reception the next morning and they said there was no way to turn that light off. The light switches for the room are not next to the door but a little way in, meaning it can be very dark on entering, which is I guess why they have this automatic light thing.I had breakfast included in my rate. The buffet breakfast was ok in terms of quality, but slim pickings in terms of choice. There was no coffee machine, an employee brought filter coffee to your table. If it wasn't included in your stay you can pay for it, but it was a bit pricey. You could also order some items a la carte.Overall my stay was ok, but the room design flaw made things difficult.

Do not stay here. They told us parking was covered and after we left, charged over $100 to my card for parking. When I called the hotel to get help, the front desk person was rude, then hung up on me, and no one would help me when I called back over and over. This is the only Hilton Garden Inn that has given my family such a horrible experience! I will never stay at one again.
