I have help to do it right. Every inspection is done to a highly developed interactive procedure and checklist on my tablet so that nothing is missed. It also allows me to focus all my attention, looking at every square inch of the visible features of the property, on the roof to underneath, plumbing to electrical, maintenance issues to code compliance. I’m not done until the software says I’m done.
