We came into town for a wedding. This was a great stay and close to everything. The staff were amazing and accommodating. Definitely would recommend this hotel. They do have a cafe in the lobby and a little snack bar/store as well. Everything was clean.

Adrian, the bartender, tonight Thursday night is a rockstar! He deserves a raise! Very personable and very customer service focused with a friendly face and a wonderful smile! Great I talked to you about life!

Traveled to Texas from Alabama to tell my uncle goodbye after he was placed on hospice. My Apple EarPods were stolen from my room by housekeeping. Such a shame that a trip filled with sadness had to have a thief included. Reported it to the front desk who didn’t seem to care. Thanks

Hotel is great. Clean and comfortable, exactly what you would expect in a mid- range hotel. We have stayed here many times. However, this time; our car was broken into in the parking lot overnight. And other cars as well. Flower Mound is a very safe city so this is really disappointing. Perhaps they could install bright lights in the parking lot - it’s pretty dark. Just put a damper on a day when we have a long drive ahead of us. Not saying it’s the fault of the hotel, but maybe they work with the city to address the lighting.

Prob the worst Courtyard hotel I ever stayed in - and I have been Marriott Titanium Elite for the past 4 years! Had an unsatisfactory room, plumbing issues, and the front desk acted as if they were doing me a favor to get a different room. Not the service I have experienced in any other of my Marriott stays!
