I initially posted this for Americas Best Value Inn & Suites IAH Airport North. Please regard as I didn't stay at that property. So the only thing I wanted to post was Clean. Convenient. Affordable. However, I wasn't able to complete it because of an error message Your review must be at least 200 characters long. Adding details really helps travelers. This ABVI, was fabuloso clean, conveniently located about a mile from U.S. 59(mall and IAH near by). Affordable. I was only in town for 1 day and it wasn't to spend the day motel room. Some reviews mentioned/complained about the breakfast. If the rooms were $100, I'm sure they'd have a full breakfast. Take the difference you saved and go to IHOP.

Clean and new hotel. Staff was very friendly. Location was next to major highway and within 5 minutes to many fast foods, restaurants and grocery stores. Internet fast. Was here for 7 nights and would stay here again.

I don't know what happened to my initial review 08/19/2017 but, for some reason, it did not post. The only reason I caught it today is because my family and I plan on returning this June to visit my son and his family. Vick and his hotel made such an impression on us we plan on staying with him again, as I promised him last year. The hotel room was spotless; the t.v. and satellite was phenomenal, and the continental breakfast was stupendous! Thank you so much, Vick. My family and I will see you soon. I stayed here December 19th and December 20th, 2017. Excellent room, excellent service. Mr. Bhakta and his son Vick bent over backwards to provide the most excellent service. My Taxi did not arrive to take me to the airport; and Mr. Bhakta woke his son to take me. Outstanding gentlemen both. I will surely stay here again, and will recommend it.

I am on the road about 20 days a month. So I stay in allot of hotels. This hotel was clean, safe, and the beds are great. It's new hotel so everything is new. The owners are a very nice young couple that are super easy to deal with. I highly recommend this hotel!
