The hotel is located at a good spot with shopping and Tesla charging nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you are going to Crater lake or just passing through Eugene.A big shout-out to Nicole for going above and beyond on making the check-in process smooth. She was patient and gave us all the necessary information about parking, breakfast, sky bar, and hotel facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hyatt Place Eugene. The location was farther from UO, but it wasn't bad at all. Took us about 3 minutes longer to get to UO compared to the downtown Eugene hotels. The hotel is located in the mall area where stores such as Sephora, Pottery Barn, Norstroms Rack, Salt & Straw ice cream, etc. Our room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. The entire hotel was welcoming and nicely maintained. We honestly weren’t expecting Hyatt Place to impress us as much as it did, but it exceeded our expectations in so many ways.The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. We were impressed by the variety of offerings as well as the quality of the food. There were plenty of choices, everything was fresh and well prepared, and it was a wonderful way to start the day.Overall, Hyatt Place Eugene exceeded our expectations. We typically choose higher-end hotels when we travel, but we felt that this hotel was absolutely at the same level as the other upscale properties we’ve stayed at in Eugene. We would happily choose Hyatt Place Eugene in the future and look forward to staying here again!

The hotel was super nice and clean. Darling bar inside and the breakfast was super delicious and both area had beautiful views. The location is nice with restaurants and stores to shop. Nice walking area. Sam and Cody were wonderful.

enjoyed every minute of my stay at Hyatt Place Eugene, super comfortable mattress and bed sheeting texture, spacious room, would stay here again in the future.

Have stayed at this Hotel several times and will continue to stay at this hotel. Always very clean, friendly staff and great included breakfast as well as feeling safe.
