The Southeast Jeet Kune Do Athletic Club is dedicated to providing hands-on quality instruction for martial arts and self defense for our students. Our coaches and our students achieve their skills through hard work, discipline and perseverance.  We operate on simple values, such as respect, honor, loyalty, positivity, compassion, modesty and integrity. We offer a strong focus on personal and physical development, teaching the science & concepts behind Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Savate, Jujitsu, and Tai Chi. We are the only martial arts school in the CSRA teaching programs that are trusted by the Navy SEALS, FBI, CIA, DOD, and many other government agencies. We look forward to working with you to ensure you have what you need to develop a strong body, a healthy mindset, and self defense skills that can help keep you and your family safe in the event of a violent encounter. We also have children's classes that optimize their motor skills, coordination, balance, core strength and endurance. The kids curriculum has been adapted from Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, Hapkido and Jujitsu.
