SPIRIT Club Sports Club

Founded in 2013, our Mission is to create a Universal Design for Fitness. We pride ourselves on working with people of ALL abilities and ages. Some of our current clients include people with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities; people who are deaf or hard of hearing; people who are blind or of low vision, people who are survivors of a traumatic brain injury; and anyone looking for a supportive, encouraging, and inclusive fitness environment! We offer both virtual and in-person personal training and classes. Our dual-certified trainers are available for 1:1 or partner training. Join us for a Live class 6 days a week or watch an On-Demand class any time. We have something for everyone! Choose from fitness, boxing, yoga, healthy cooking, Zumba, meditation, and more. No equipment is necessary and all virtual classes employ a multi-trainer model so people with a wide range of abilities can follow! Participate in the seated, standing, or progressed version. Contact us today for your free consultation or to try a class for free, and take advantage of our Pay What You Can model for access to virtual classes!
