The Muse is a great rock and fossil shop. The owner is very knowledgeable about geology and fossils; all the evolutionary periods included. IDK if he still does much digging these days but remember him saying that he sourced many of the items himself. Spent hours just talking to him about different coins, rocks, fossils, artifacts… Can’t wait to go back.

Been visiting here since 1988 and it is still just as romantic and magical. A step back in time. The shop owners are the nicest you will find anywhere.

Very cool shop with lots of minerals, jewelery, ancient coins, etc. The owner spoke to us about the history of several of the pieces in his case... He was passionate and knowledgeable, and my son said our time listening to him was the highlight of our whole trip... He said if any of his school teachers were that interesting he'd learn so much more! You should definitely check out this fun little shop. And if the owner ever decides to offer classes/lectures (on anything really) we'd totally be there!

Robert has a wonderful shop of minerals, jewelry, ancient coins and other gift items. I purchased a 2000 year old coin pendant that he made himself. I love it! He was able to explain to me the history surrounding the coin in great detail as well as give me advice on another coin purchased elsewhere. Very patient and helpful with me while I browsed his selection. 10/10 would recommend!
