We are a from scratch business making our own pastries and breads. We also cook whole turkeys, roast beef, chickens, etc. for our sandwiches. The same applies for everything we make from soups to dressings and basically everything we serve. We sell our croutons (made from our sourdough bread) and granola(wildly popular). We serve a premium coffee and squeeze orange and grapefruit juice daily. We sell a lot of baked goods, from croissants to cookies, cakes, pies and a nice assortment of breakfast pastries.
