This is my second time going there and this time my pedicure water was luke warm for over 30 minutes before they finally were able to start working on my feet. Toes came out fine. Decided to have my first dip experience for my manicure. 1.5 hours after I started my pedicure. After they did the steps of the dip, the mother filed down the color so low that I have bald spots on 3 nails on one hand. I pointed that out before she finished and was trying to convince me that it would be fixed when she did the top coat. Which did not fix it. And they did the gel top coat on mine and my friends nails even though we paid for dip. We believe they did this because the dip top coat is expensive and they probably didn't purchase it.

My wife and I get pedicures on a regular basis and our previous spa went out of business. We tried Bela Med and totally loved it. Easy to get to, clean, friendly, and willing to do all of the little extra details. In addition to organic pedis, they do botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL Laser skin rejuvenation, facials, microdermabrasion, organic manicures, waxing massage therapy, and more. The business is owned and operated by a doctor. We will be making regular visits for several of their services.
