Fabulous shop - lots of amazing Route 66 gifts and more. Friendly, helpful owner who works in the shop, can tell you the history of the area and the former service station. A great stop along historic Route 66!

Fun stop on our Route 66 journey! The service station has been refurbished/remodeled into a gift shop/information station. Very helpful staff; clean restrooms; fun items for purchase.

Very good place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit at here. This is my only second time at here. I have no problem at here

Ryburn Place is one of the last remaining original gas stations along the Old Route 66 and has been well maintained or renovated. It's definitely worth a stop. There is a plaque with some description outside and the site is good for photos.There is a Route 66 gift shop inside run by a very nice woman. This site won't appeal to everyone, but if you are going along Route 66 it's listed in many guides and having a friendly face behind the counter is nice, too.

Another Route 66 historic building preserved. Visitor's information and gift shop. The woman at this stop was very helpful explaining and providing an Illinois Route 66 booklet. This booklet ended up being a good resource. New Normal Route 66 sign located down the street.
