(where the Mississippi Delta begins) for a cocktail and we would try to time that cocktail either in the morning or evening in order to witness the duck parade. Do not expect anything more than what it is and that is a brief and fun experience that is simply an enjoyable way to spend a while as you enjoy your libation. It can get crowded and sometimes the staff is over-whelmed but it is simply quirky and fun.

We had to make time to go to the Peabody Hotel in Memphis TN. We had heard so much about the Duck Parade that we had to see it. The parade is really quite simple but very entertaining and draws bus loads of people to see it. They do it twice a day. The ducks parade from the elevator to a small water pool. The Duckman host is very entertaining too. What we saw of the hotel itself was extra nice. It is downtown so parking will be an issue.

What an experience!! Given a wee bit of history before the ducks come down for the day. Costs nothing and can access the hotel at anytime but best time for parade coming down at 11am before going away for the day at 5pm. So many areas to stand and watch.

Cool to watch the ducks march in to the fountain. The ringmaster was entertaining. Would recommend especially if you have kids.

Those fabulous ducks are a treasure. We happened to be checking in at 5 and got to see them leave the lobby for their night time rest and as we checked out the next morning we caught them coming down for the day. The duck master gives a history and it’s so informative. So much fun for the children to watch!
