Horrible. Came 45 min late. I wanted to cancel when was 15 min late but kept telling me he is 5 min away. I reserved a place in Miami for 2 hours. Had to shorten my event by 1 hour. No apologies, no compensation. Bad service and rude.

Beware the owners /drivers of this company are the biggest scammers of life! We rented them from 3-5 they arrived at 3:58 to take us to the wedding pictures, stopped in the middle of the road (mind you we were already an hour behind schedule for photos) and screamed at us until we had to send the money for that same hour they were late for! I have never felt more unsafe in my life and this place literally ruined that afternoon for us. We were only able to take about 3 photos due to the time delay and still had to pay for their mistake. Do yourself a favor a book elsewhere so you don’t have a horrific story to tell after

Do not use this company! They sent a disgusting bus instead of the limo that we ordered. The bus was broken, had no air conditioning, had soot all over it and ruined our kids prom! The kids Inhaled the fumes the entire trip. They send this bus because they know last minute you are stuck with not having anything so,they have you backed against a wall. Please do not use this company

Lovely people to work with hired them for my wedding for an Antique and a Party bus everything was 5 star. Highly recommend

Do not use this company, they lie right to your face. We rented 2 Limo party busses for our wedding for 45 people each. One shows up with air conditioning barely working and broken window shades and torn seats. The bus driver says once we get moving the air will work better and cool down. Not True!! It quit working all together. It was a 94 degree day and that bus had to hit about 130 degrees. The wedding parties clothes and hair were soaked. My pregnant niece had heat stroke where she could not even attend the wedding. Oh and Janets husband, the other Owner sarcastically laughed about it when I told him and hung up the phone. Who does that? After complaining extensively with the bus driver who than got us lost on the way there, they actually sent back the same dilapidated bus for the return home. I asked for a refund for the one bus and they refused it by saying the air worked fine, just not as good as normal. I should have asked for a full refund for giving my niece heat stroke and ruining our wedding photos.They still refuse to give a refund by the way. I should have listened to the horror stories I had heard about instead of relying on those phony reviews. I am normally a nice guy and never say not nice things. But people need to know about this place and there old unreliable equipment and disregard for the customer.
