Every new client starts with an Introductory Visit, where your primary sitter meets your cats, tours your home, and builds a personalized Cat Care Plan covering feeding, litter, medication, and access. We're cat-only by design — being specialists means we know the difference between a cat who's hiding because she's shy and one who's hiding because something's wrong.
