Everytime we have visited, we have found items we wanted! Clothes are a fair price. Workers are always nice. And they equate your total with how many meals that will purchase for the needy.

When did karms become a rip off? It's supposed to be a place people less fortunate can afford but they are selling used shoes for $30 and over worn leggings and yoga pants for $15. I think not. If I could spend that much on myself I'd just buy it new because that's how much it would cost brand new. Stupid.

These Karm stores shud be regulated. Their prices are crazy. These items are donated. I witnessed a homeless person come in for a blanket and they were rejected. HOW THE HELL DO YOU ALL SAY YOU HELP PEOPLE AND YOU TURN AWAY A HOMELESS PERSON THAT LIVES IN THE WOODS FROM BEING WARM AND NOT OFFERING A BLANKET OR JACKET? SHAME ON KARMS AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE BRAIN WASHED. You can do more with all the money made and not just by feeding people.PEOPLE SHUD NOT BE DONATING. Wake up TN folks. There are other places you can take your unwanted items too that will sell them and honestly help people. They had a shower curtain priced at $39.99. I was shocked. I took a picture of it, went home an found it on ebay for $9.99 NEW. It's unfortunate that the owner thinks this is ok. They are making a TON of money off of us who donate and do really NOTHING but claim their feeding people dinners. I'm sure they are but....Then to think when you get to the register the cashier will ask you if you want to round off your dollar. I will NOT EVER shop at another Karms again. Any donations I have, I found a place right next to Karm in Morristown that their prices are SUPER REASONABLE and the kicker is.. they actually help people that walk in.Donate there. Their right next to the law firm in Morristown. People are super nice and prices are very cheap.

Went to Maryville Karm looking for a flannel shirt for my husband. Found one in his size for $19.99!! It was given to Karm FREE! When I questioned the price, I was told it was based on the label (Izod). This is a THRIFT store. Everything is DONATED, meaning Karm has to buy NOTHING for resale! I walked out. They haven’t always been this expensive. I’ve donated soooo much to Karm over the years but no more. I’ll check out prices at other stores and find the most reasonable to donate to/ but from in the future.

Prices here are straight up dumb. None of this crap is worth half what KARM is asking. Everytime I go in their stores I find plenty of stuff I'd like to purchase but hardly ever actually buy anything. Usually their junk is marked above what it sold at retail brand new. I think I'll finally learn my lesson and stop visiting.
