We have used Airport Shuttle of Phoenixfor over 20 trips with very mixed results. This month we re-booked our private non share shuttle and after we left the airport a second passenger was picked up at a motel. Worse yet, he was driven home first! Our 1hr 40minute shuttle from PHX to Sedona was instead 4 gruelling hours long with no apology or compensation…the dispatcher said they were short on drivers! Despite several attempts to contact the company and have them correct this error, they have not. Two weeks have passed and our patience has expired. We have three more prepaid trips with them and are very anxious that this experience will be repeated…

Do not use this service. They are overcharging for horrendous service. They have no communication skills or customer service experience. Our first leg was late and disturbing and the second leg was cancelled on us with no explanation. Still waiting for a refund!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! First leg was a complete communication nightmare and our return trip got cancelled at midnight before our earl am trip to the airport. They are terrible and not worth the money or stress!!! Take an uber!

I can’t say anything good about Airport Shuttle except they got us to the airport and home. Our trip to the airport should have been a door-to-door trip with no other passengers. I called 6 hours before our next day flight. They said the driver called in. I know things happen but they basically said that you take a shuttle with other passengers or no trip to the airport. The driver got there looking like he just woke up and needed help putting our suit cases in the unmarked van. We were concerned for his health; he was breathing so hard. He was not what I expected for a driver representing Airport Shuttle.We had not choice but to agree even though we had paid extra for the door-to-door transportation. On the return to Sky Harbor, our door-to-door driver did not know the airport. We were instructed to go to a certain terminal and door number. We did and asked her for an ETA half hour before. She was there but on the other side of the airport. We told her that we were at the Airport Shuttle instructions. Terminal 3 North, Door 3. She had no idea where that was. After a half hour of her driving around, she finally showed up in her personal car. She did not represent what I thought was a professional company image and her car was even worse. We didn’t feel comfortable driving in her own car that personal items everywhere, dirty inside and out, dog hair and just a very tired vehicle. If this is how Airport Shuttle runs their business with vehicles not marked, unprofessional looking or letting door to door drivers use their own crappy vehicles. No thanks!I wrote them expressing more concerns than I wrote here. Their response was -Unfortunately, because you “took” the transportation and did not cancel the ride, we are unable to give you a Refund. We are a small Family business and we can’t afford to reimburse a ride that was taken.Literally, what choice did we have! Departure was in 6 hours at 9:30 at night and the door-to-door driver home was just unacceptable all the way around. Call an UBER to get home after I had paid for door-to-door service from Airport Shuttle. We will never use their service again and will not recommend them!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from using them! Don’t trust them. They have no customer service or integrity!

Mike was amazing and he went out of his way to make sure that I got to the airport on time. Sadly there was no service available for my return ride but even then Mike confirmed that I was good to go and made it home safely.
