I booked a suite with a check in at 3 pm. Made dinner reservations down the street for 3:30. Got there at 2 and the desk told me it wasn’t ready yet but would be at 3. We went across the street had some drinks and waited. Came back at 3:00 and was told our room won’t be ready till 3:30, conflicting with our dinner reservations. Weren’t about to get ready for it dinner and was forced to go sweaty and stinking. No discount or anything offered to me.

Pros: conveniently located, free parking, friendly staff. Cons: You get what you pay for, however, we paid nearly $200/night to sleep in a filthy & uncomfortable room. Upon arrival, we immediately asked for new bed sheets because the ones we had were used & dirty (there was dirt on the bed sheets, stains on the sheets and hair all over the bed & pillows as if housekeeping just made the bed instead of changing the linen), the mattress itself had a foul odor making it unbearable to sleep well, although we got new bedding they were still stained & dirty :( we had to air the room out for hours because it reeked of cigarette smoke despite having a non-smoking room, we didn’t feel comfortable showering because of how dirty the bathtub was plus we didn’t have clean towels either because the ones we had were also used & not replaced. By the time we realized the towels were also dirty, it had been past midnight. We ended up leaving a few hours after that because it was an overall nightmare. The singular shampoo container in the bathroom was empty & all we had was a single bar of hand soap from the hotel. No breakfast. Our coffee maker in-room was also dirty so we couldn’t have that either. There were bandaids & tape on the curtains to cover holes. No amenities aside from a dirty pool. The hotel was fully booked due to an event, so we couldn’t get a different room. Would never stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Rodeway Inn Old Town Temecula. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The room was well-maintained, and the atmosphere around the property felt safe and welcoming.I also want to give special recognition to Dax, who works there. Dax was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive during my visit. His professionalism and positive attitude made the stay even better. It’s clear he truly cares about guests and goes out of his way to ensure a great experience.I definitely recommend this place, and big thanks to Dax for the outstanding service!

Stayed here 3 nights during 2024 Hot Rod Run Weekend. Great location if you come w/o a car. Right on Front St in Old Town. You can walk to restaurants, shops, post office, bus stops, ATMs, liquor & wine shops. My king bed room was small, but adequate for 1 or 2 people. Ample size refrigerator and a microwave. Multipurpose table & 2 straight chairs, flat screen TV on the wall, full-length mirror. Bedside lights and ceiling lights. Plain decor, but clean. No art on the walls, but room had attractive crown moulding. Front desk staffed 24/7. Very helpful. Mgr got me a taxi when I had trouble getting a Uber. Some rooms accessible w/o any steps, others up 1 flight. Some have parking at your door. Prices higher on weekends, but a good deal in general.

This place is dirty! There was brown stuff in the sink when we checked in. In the morning I went to make my coffee and when I poured the water in all of this chunky brown stuff came up. I'm disgusted. I know it's a good location, but there's a reason why it's so cheap! Do not stay here!
