Easily one of if not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, top to bottom awful experience

- I do not recommend this place. I stayed at this hotel on March 7th with the intention of catching a flight the next day, but my experience was nothing like what I expected. Upon arrival, I saw a couple fixing their car outside and the hotel seemed to be operating as a temporary shelter. Since I had already paid through a third-party booking site, I decided to check in anyway. Ooo boy, I was so wrong !!!- When I entered the room, I found noodles left on the nightstand from a previous guest. The bathroom door would not close properly. As the night went on, things became even worse. Around midnight, I heard loud conversations and commotion in the hallway and the room next to mine that lasted almost three hours. At one point, cops were on the property attempting to remove people. The entire situation felt unsettling, making it impossible to sleep. I suffer from severe migraines, and the noise made everything much harder. I thought about going to the front desk to complain, but the migraines were so bad, I couldn't do much. I was just trying to make it through the night.- The next morning, I calmly explained what happened to the front desk, hoping for at least some understanding. Instead, the employee was rude and dismissive, showing no concern at all. As a guest who spent hard-earned money to stay here, I expected basic cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Instead, the experience was uncomfortable and unsafe.

I will never stay in this hotel again, they evicted us from our room for no reason, terrible customer service, they threw away the things we had marketed to cook, etc.

Our experience was horrible. When we arrived the greeting was very cold and not friendly. We got into our room and the toilet hadn’t been flushed, there was toilet paper in it. The tv didn’t work. The person at the front desk did get the tv to work. There were 3 tiny little pillows for 2 of us to use. Just 1 thin blanket. Wasn’t given access to the WiFI. The breakfast wasn’t really anything that I couldn’t have gotten at the local gas station. We were booked for 2 nights. The second night when we returned to our room, we were locked out of our room, so had to go to the lobby then wait for someone to help us get a new key. Got into our room and again the tv DIDNT work. Called down to the front desk, nobody answered the phone. Waited a few minutes called down again, the person at the front desk finally answered said there was nothing that could be done about the tv and that she was busy talking on another line. When I checked out in the morning a lovely lady asked me how my stay was and I explained the whole situation to her and she said she wished she could compensate me the charges of my room, but she couldn’t. I wasn’t happy with my stay at all….

Dirty, the entire place smells like piss, no management available ever, no maintenance available, but that smell will make you sick. They have rodents and roaches in this place. It's not safe, be careful. Nasty they don't put a cover on the damn mattress so you're sleeping on someone else's body fluids which is very nasty.
