tripadvisorA very cool place to visit. Lucked out and Jim the builder was there to talk about how he built it and the placement of the stones. Definitely worth a visit and hope to go there on the equinox.
MoreVery neat place to stop and check out. Luckily- Jim was there and available to answer questions and have a short chat about his work of art... Peaceful and inspiring!
MoreThe sun wheel was beautifully crafted....a little tricky to find, but so worth the drive. Its cool to get a picture of the the sun wheel with the snow peak mountains in the background.
MoreHaving the informational tour with Jim makes the trip much more interesting. Understanding how the Native Americans relied on the Sun Wheel to plant their crops and plan their lives makes the site special. This is a peaceful sit down and enjoy the beauty place.
MoreI had the pleasure of visiting when the creator of the Sun Wheel was there. He provided a nice tour.
