The size and scope of this cavernous store will blow your mind. It has been open since 1957 and features both wine and beer. There is a separate room just for the 1,000 varieties of domestic and imported beers. It is one of the largest wine cellars in the United States and also has a wine-tasting bar. In addition to wine and beer, it sells spirits, cigars, chocolate and coffee.

tripadvisorI have been going here for many years. Have found rare items. They were even able to import my favorite beer from Ireland. Have attended many classes. Unfortunately the wine bar is gone where you could purchase a card for some tastes. Elle was a great help with finding an item I wanted. Todd helped out with some champagne ive been looking for. Grace was helpful at checkout. Highly recommended.
MoreThis was our second visit here. They have it all. In fact if they don't have it, you don't need it. We were looking for a whiskey distilled in California. Another liquor store had recommended one to us and after purchasing it and getting it home we discovered it was only bottled in California but distilled in the in Ohio. The staff here asked if we needed any help and we did. They were able to show us at least 4 other bottles that were indeed distilled in California. Well done guys!
MoreI wander Hi-Time Wine Cellars to restock the wine fridge a couple of times a year. They really have a wide selection of great choices. Definitely visit the Champagne room! There's also a decent beer / liquor section. Make sure to hit the cellar downstairs. Also very much enjoy the tastings in the wine bar (but need to schedule in advance).
MoreThe staff here are amazing, you can ask for help and if a wine is not in their area of expertise, they know who has the most experience in the area of your interest. Not only wine is sold, beer has a large section, all types of alcohol and cheeses are available in the market. They offer many events to increase your knowledge of wine, tastings of specific world areas, a set up of machines to taste. You pay for an amount of money on a credit card device and insert it, then ask for a taste, a half pour or a full pour. Clean glasses are available for your use. Some come out carrying a bottle, some a case, som e pushing a shopping cart. I am usually at a two bottle limit.
