Horrible Horrible Horrible! Booked the event 3 months ago for this very special event. Invited the whole softball team plus a handful of friends from school. Everything was all set. My daughter knee nothing. Paid for a Pink Cadillac Limo. Girls were pumped. We'll at 8oclock the night before the event we got an email stating because of unavailability they're cancelling and refunding. We're in shock and very upset. I called I emailed them for an explanation. Nothing back. I sent out text to the moms about what had just happened. They said there is a very reputable Limo Service that they knew would save the day. I called Showtime Limo and left a message. They called right back. Honored the deal we had set up and even called back in the morning to confirm. The driver arrived even fifteen minutes early. The driver was awesome. JADE at Showtime we Love You. Vegas Limo sent me an email the next night apologizing. Unbelievable! If your occasion is really important to you don't ever go with Vegas Limousine's. Go with Showtime how Lucky we're. My daughter and all the girls were ecstatic.

When we get to Vegas we always get a Limo right out side where you pick up your luggage - then when we leave to back to the airport get one right out side of our hotel by the taxi stand - drivers have always been great.

My wife and I got married a little over a month ago at the M resort in Las Vegas. For our honeymoon, I decided to book a limo service from the M resort to the airport. I also wanted a return trip from the airport to our residence in Las Vegas. I shopped around and they definitely had the best rates for what we wanted but this confirms the phrase you get what you pay for. Our limo pick up from the M was pretty good. The driver was courteous and called before arrival. He handled our bags and opened the door for us. The limo was a little on the rough side as far as condition. Definitely was an older one I guess. We got to the airport in a timely manner and we were satisfied. My major complaint comes with our return trip. We landed in Las Vegas after a long day of traveling from Alaska with a layover in Seattle. When we landed and I turned my phone one I got a text from the limo driver that said to text or call him. I texted him back and said that we had arrived. My wife and I then made it to the baggage claim area and didn't see any limo driver holding a sign with our name like I had hoped. I also never received a text back. My wife and I got our bags and we waited. I texted the driver again and told him the carousel number and still no reply. After a few minutes he called my phone again, it rang once and hung up. I tried to call him back and no answer. After another 15 minutes or so I get another call from him. I answer hello, he replies where you at? I calmly gave him our carousel number again. After a few more minutes he shows up wearing khakis and a blue button down. I was surprised but I let it go. He then asked you're going to the Aria?. I said No, our residence. I had to give him the address for him to put in his phone to use the GPS. We go out to the limo and load or bags in the trunk. The limo barely started! The driver then stated that they were having problems with limos over heating. Granted, it gets hot in Las Vegas in June, about 110 degrees. The driver then said that we may be charged extra because of the distance from the airport to my residence. This wasn't discussed upon booking but I didn't get charged anyway. The driver spent half the drive trying to get the bluetooth sound system to work so we can play music from our phones through the stereo in the limo but it never worked. He did this all while speeding and running stop signs on the way to my residence. Also the limo was dirty and by that i mean half full champaign glasses and an open bottle. I was not impressed and will not book with the or refer them to any of my friends or family to use.

We rented a Limo to take us from South of the strip to Freemont street on a Friday night at 17:30 returning at 23:00. The limo arrived on time and the driver was courteous and experienced. The cost was reasonable and we would not hesitate to book from them again. All in all a good experience.

A fantastic way to arrive in Vegas, for that special occasion treat yourself and book it. Thank you to both drivers who picked us up and dropped us at the luxor. Thank you for the bottle of champagne as it was my birthday .
