Was not Hilton quality. Staff was not friendly nor helpful. Breakfast was mediocre; Pool was nice except showed the same lack of maintenance the whole hotel shows... look at the bathroom doors in pool area they were falling apart; pool water was clean but the walls, toilet and other areas were not. in the dining area upholstery was torn; room did not feel clean.Worn out and not cared for! We have been to many homesuites recently which led us to pick this one, but we would not come back hre

We stayed there in March of 2025, everything was excellent. The rooms were great, beds were comfy, nice and clean room, had everything we needed. we checked in late after a concert. Nice well lit parking lot. Felt safe, There's a Walmart and other stores in the area. We Will definitely stay there again and again!

Quietist hotel so far on our journey. Clean well presented hotel and we could have been in Europe somewhere. Pool and gym available. Rooms were great quality. Breakfast included and was best so far. Well done hotel for using proper plates and cutlery. Finally helping to save in landfill or recycling. Happy to stay again.

This hotel has been amazing to us. We have been here since April due to a house fire and the staff has been amazing. The food is great with a huge variety. Wednesday appetizer night is great as well, I’ve never been to a hotel that offers that. Housekeeping is great, since we are considered long term guests, I do clean my own room but they are very nice when I go collect things we need or get the vacuum. I do not know their names yet but I’m working on it. They make my dog Beauty feel welcomed and try to make her feel welcome after the fire she is kind of scared of different things. I could write a book of good things about this hotel.Here are some people that really have been wonderful to me and I’d like to give them a shout out:Sean the houseman, super cool guy and he does a lot of different jobs. He always makes sure to talk and ask how we are while working. He puts a smile on your face. He does a great job keeping the area clean.Skeeter the maintenance man, another super cool guy. Always speaking to me when he sees me. Chatting about different things. That makes guests feel welcome and makes my day. Jessie May guest service, super super nice lady. Always smiling and greets me when I enter or exit no matter what.Angie, another lady with longer curly hair that I forgot her name and Brooke are all super nice and again very helpful. Always taking time out to speak.Cathy one of the managers, absolutely love her. Always chit chat with her and she really focuses on Beauty which I truly believe is helping her overcome her fear. Can’t say enough about this lady.Cole guest service, can’t say enough about him. Absolutely love him from day one. He was the first person I met and ALWAYS has went out of his way to talk to me, greet me no matter what and see if I need anything. Over all the service here is OUTSTANDING and I recommend this place 100 percent. I could go on and on but running out of room.
