An Japanese Restaurant Sushi Restaurant ·$$$$

This gem tucked away in the Japan Center East Mall serves up some of the best sushi in Japantown. The cozy space, done up in an orange and white theme, with clean lines emulates Tokyo's ubiquitous sushi bars. Sourcing seafood both locally as well as from Japan's world-renowned Tsukiji Fish Market, the restaurant offers a fantastic omakase menu showcasing the chef's skills. If you wish to go a la carte, there's separate selection of nigiri as well as sushi rolls. Besides this, there's also a specialty menu of seasonal delights that should not be missed. The drink selection includes Japanese beers, wines as well as imported sake.
