They have the best chocolate & I think almoat 99% of what they make tends to be gluten free. I have been going there for almost 4 years. I buy & ship to friends & family all year (I also love their sales)

This place has the friendliest employees! They always greed you with a smile and of course a sample of a tastiest chocolate. Great for gifts. I work next to this place and visit it often.

This is a fun thing to do if you're out Gunbarrel way, say while visiting Leaning Tree Museum and/ or Celestial Seasonings. Dustin, a worker, was very friendly and helpful explaining the operation and various details. If you want to observe the making of the chocolate, come in the morning or on Saturdays when there is the most activity. And although it is also a retail store and so the prices are the same as in regular stores, they do have more options and specials, and free samples.Come in after holidays and you'll find even more specials. Sign up on their notifications list, and always receive a 5% discount. I asked Dustin if he still eats chocolate, and he said yes, often at least once a day, but has his favorites. They even have a line of sugarless, which I haven't tried, but I can tell you they do have a very dark bark which is most delicious

Hidden away in Gunbarrel ( the part of Boulder that is not connected to Boulder), is this small chocolate shop. There is always something on sale and something to sample. They make their own caramel using no Corn Syrup and their specialty is Truffles - every flavor is a different design. You can see the chocolate kitchen from the small retail shop. If you are going to visit Celestial Seasonings and/or Leanin' Tree Museum of Western Art, you might as well travel a bit further down the road and have some excellent chocolate! They are open Mon-Friday 9a-5p and on Saturdays 10a-4p.
