I saw the chiropractor the next day and he was very impressed with the relaxed state of my body, which enhanced his adjustment. Her business practice is highly professional yet warm and inviting. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy and made it easy to be comfortable so she could work on me. Her place of business has plenty of free ‘on site parking’ and it was very easy to find, right near restaurants and other shops. And her prices are very affordable.

I could pick out my date, time, and type of massage I wanted to have done. Sierra Stewart the owner and Massage Therapist, then confirmed my appointment within minutes of me making the appointment. I also received a reminder of my appointment on the day before my appointment. You don't see this type of easy appointment system in many massage shops. Upon arrival at the La Mesa location, I was nicely greeted by Sierra. She was very easy and nice to talk with. I had Sierra concentrate on my upper back and neck. Sierra was very knowledgeable about all of the muscles and areas to massage on my back and neck. She has very strong hands. Sierra's massage room with the music and small water fall and the comfortable massage table is very relaxing. You will not be disappointed at Sierra Stewart Massage !
