I went to U Ca Tan for the Infrared Sauna as I am on a long term detox. I found their sauna to be very invigorating and rejuvenating. Infrared is a deep penetrating heat that creates a profuse sweat. I found the facility to be very clean, the staff very professional and friendly. I often call the same day I want an appointment, which works 90% of the time. I also enjoy the red light therapy after a sauna experience. Red light therapy is good for the skin. U Ca Tan is very popular for their different tanning units, of which I do not utilize. They have a great monthly deal (better than anything else I could find in the area) where I pay one fee, and I can go as much as I want, and have access to tanning beds, infrared sauna, and red light therapy.
