This is a great tucked away spot in a big commercial building that serves a good honest sandwich for a good price. Hard to beat in Newport Beach.

Ordered a few sandwiches for lunch which were all good but nothing I also can't find somewhere else. I think I took longer trying to get access to this location than I did getting my food....

My co worker found this gem of a place. The food quality is excellent and service is great. Would recommend it because they are consistent and a great deal for lunch these days.
