Wonderful restored house with lots of interesting items and cool history. Our docent guide, Agatha Rudnik, was fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. Made the whole thing come alive.

I didn't mean to pay for a tour here, but the ladies at the front were so nice. I think I paid $5 instead of full price because I'm a student. I came alone, and no other visitors came within a few minutes, so I ended up getting a personal tour. The tour guide was very nice and talked about things I'm interested in, focusing less on the script. The tour does take some time, though, because the house is actually quite big, so prepare for that.

We are new residents to Fort Collins and are trying to see everything. Today we toured The Avery House. We enjoyed it so much! There were 6 of us and our tour guide was Marsha. She was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and really took her time with us. You can tell how much she loves the house. We can’t wait to do it again!

This home in Old Town, ear the downtown area of Ft Collins is definitely worth a visit. It is only open Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 for a donation. The guided tour tells the story of the Avery family, early citizens of Ft Collins.
