Each of Mona's three Mamolo's Fine Pastries locations, in Marina del Rey, Westlake Village, and Thousand Oaks, provides a slightly different menu, customized to the specific tastes and requests of local customers. Recent menu innovations include Gluten-Free selections, Vegan options including pies, and a line of No-Sugar-Added delights. While it sometimes costs more, From Yucatan-sourced chocolate to marmalade imported from Switzerland, Mona insists on sourcing ingredients which add to the Taste, Quality, and Appearance of her baked goods, since we eat as much with our eyes as we do with our taste buds. You can savor the Swiss marmalade in confections like her rugelach, and sample both the marmalade and Yucatan chocolate in her signature Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake. Mona delights in sharing moments of joy with her customers, along with her dedicated team of employees; some who have been with her for more than 20 years. Mona's personal favorites include freshly baked apple croissants, Danishes, and several cakes; including carrot, cappuccino tiramisu, and lemon.
