Clear Motivations is a community-based program dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities through meaningful employment, paid internship opportunities, skill development, and real-world community experiences. What makes us unique is our individualized, hands-on approach. We work closely with each participant to identify their strengths, interests, and goals while providing personalized support in real workplace and community settings. Through partnerships with local businesses, our participants have opportunities to build confidence, develop valuable employment skills, increase independence, and become active members of their communities. Since 2013, our mission has remained simple: Teach. Motivate. Praise. Strive. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to grow, contribute, and succeed.
