I am a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and massage therapist who is passionate about helping people to not only gain relief from symptoms, but also to uncover and resolve the root cause of their symptoms. I do this through a combination of acupuncture, western and Chinese herbal medicines, nutritional consultation, as well as taking the time with my clients to offer personalized and meaningful lifestyle coaching. Many of my clients choose to incorporate therapeutic massage into their sessions as well. While I treat many conditions I focus largely on two main categories of healing: *Women's Health (PMS, painful or irregular periods, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility support, peri- and post-menopausal complaints) *Emotional Balancing (anxiety, depression, irritability, chronic stress/stress-related illnesses) Other areas of focus include digestive disorders, insomnia, immune system support, and energy optimization.
