I used to come here to pick up fresh adobo. Honestly I haven't the time to make it from scratch. Adobo is a necessity to make barbacoca which recently I did when I had friends over for dinner....

I was grossed out when I saw a delivery man unloading the mexican breads from the trunk of his car..the breads where NOT in plastic bags and they were laying on large piece of plasic in the trunk...
