I'm Karen Young, the owner of the Lighthouse Cafe, a friendly place that serves delicious food and drinks on Camp Lejeune at the Naval Medical Center. I'm visually impaired and proud to be part of the Randolph-Sheppard Blind Merchants program, which provides opportunities for blind entrepreneurs to operate food and beverage facilities on federal and other properties. My cafe offers a variety of options for breakfast, classic sandwiches, soup, and grill style food. Also come join us at the Beacon Coffee Shop right across the hall, and enjoy a wide variety coffee, smoothies, and a small selection of baked goods. We are open from 0700 to 1330, Monday to Friday, at both the cafe and coffee shop. I love to welcome new and regular customer
