Absolutely lovely resort! Can’t understand the negative reviews on here. Our stay was amazing. We booked through Airbnb and stayed in a lovely 5 bedroom villa in the area across the road from the Clubhouse backing off Monaco Blvd. We did our research on great reviews of the property and were not disappointed . Resort pool and amenities within walking distance. Great location for accessing 192 and I4 with plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets a short drive away. Weekends tend to be busy, but in the run up to the kids going back to school it becomes very quiet. Mixture of holiday homes and privately owned homes. Security top notch at this resort. Would return!

9033 rhodes st Disgusting and filthy booked months ahead drove 12 hours for a family vacation to walk in to a wet dog smelling rental dog hair, human hair, dirt, dust, everything was sticky pool rusty dirty, some ones dirty underwear in bathroom beds dirty crusty with matter on bedspreads pulled sheets off mattresses dirty evidence of bugs and mice poop, our child was breaking out in hives and having a hard time breathing due to allergies set off by the filthy conditions called the office ask to be moved to a clean rental said nothing available we needed to wait til next day for house cleaning we said no we can not stay in there it was not safe & it to Disgusting & not gonna risk our health or take something back with us we left immediately found something elsewhere after days of emails & calls they offered a very small partial refund. Do not stay!

This company is ridiculous. I don’t even know where to start. Still here at present and have been very frustrated by various things. We are in a pool house. First, the rules about setting a/c are silly. Woke up this morning to setting being changed at some point remotely to 78 degrees! The “clubhouse” website has minimal information about activities and when you attempt to call to get information, it’s usually a message saying no one is available and if you happen to actually get someone on the phone, it’s hard to understand and you still get the runaround. Nothing is updated. You’re not allowed to bring food or drink into resort pool area, but the ordering process for the only restaurant is also frustrating and limited. Good luck. I would stay away!!

A mixture of Holiday and residential villas and town houses.The staff were so friendly and the security made you feel safe and secure.We used the complex pool for a day and there were plenty of space for all, the games room had free play on so lost the kids in there for an hour or 2.The villas had own private pool and were very spacious.Driving in and around Orlando and west to Tampa Westside at Windsor is perfectly located for the typical Florida fly drive holiday, with all theme parks with 40 mins to an hour in each direction. We booked our car hire and villa through Debbies Villas.com and would throughly recommend them and this resort.

We booked a 9BR 6BA home through VRBO & regret it so badly. The size of the home & location were great, but other than that I would’ve preferred a hotel.
