The Lifetimes Video Biography. True love lasts forever, but memories fade. Stories get lost from generation to generation, but not anymore... I always wondered why my Grandpa had a scarred face. One day I decided to ask him. He pulled up his shirt and showed me more scars, then even more on his legs. You see, my great grandfather was in World War Two. He was a paratrooper. I sat there listening in awe, to my Great Grandfather, the war hero, who was shot coming down from a jump, across the face, the torso and the legs, and survived to tell me about it. I miss those stories of his experiences, as well as my grandfather who has now passed. He received a purple heart, but now, we are only left with memories of the experiences as we remember them told. I wish I could have made a Lifetimes Video then, so that I could pass it down to my children and grandchildren.
