It is a very pleasant hotel; we had a great time at the pool and the disco. The rooms were clean, and I loved the décor. I booked a pirate themed room with a balcony for two children and three adults, I paid $1,310. It had a queen bed and a bunk bed setup that included a pull out bed underneath, However, at the time of booking, the room was supposed to have a pool view, but the view from the balcony actually faced the parking lot. I asked what had happened, but they didn't have any rooms available with a pool view. Since it was my son's birthday, I decided not to make a big deal and simply enjoy our stay.r

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel! The entire resort is incredibly fun and we had such a wonderful cleaning lady, Margarita! Our room was perfectly clean and well-kept, but her customer service was what really stood out. She was so sweet and attentive to our family, and she completely made my son's day by giving him a ton of awesome collector badges! When our trip came to an end my son had been asking for a certain badge all day. He made one last effort by asking the man at the front desk. The man said he did not have that one. As we started packing up our car to leave the nice man ran out and told my son to pick a hand. When he opened it, it was the badge my son wanted. This was an incredible end to our magical stay. Staff members like these make this hotel a truly special place for kids. We will definitely be back!

As good as the hotel is kitted out with everything Lego and themed to engage kids, we wouldn’t stay there again. Overpriced accomodation where you still have to pay $40 per night to park in the empty theme park carpark. Buffet b’fast was poor with large quantities of food being served not even lukewarm. Customer service was poor to average, numerous staff observed to clearly not enjoy working there. Better value accomodation elsewhere.

Wonderful experience during our dinner. Delicious food and service. During dinner, I went to the restroom and left my phone there! We left the restaurant and when I realized I didn't have my phone, I ran back and asked around for my phone to the staff found it with the kind maintenance lady Marisela C. She explained to me that she held it safe and it was ringing and ringing.. that's how she found it. I can't express how grateful I am for this exceptional employee. Her integrity and honesty really is appreciated. Thank you Marisela!

We had a wonderful vacation with our grandson at the Legoland Hotel and Legoland and SeaWorld! The rooms at the Legoland Hotel are fantastic and the breakfast buffet that is included with the stay is the best we've seen. Great and delicious selection. Overall, a wonderful vacation! We would definitely recommend this!
