This hotel needs renovation!!! The hall carpets smelled, (that should have given us a clue), the lighting in the room is practically nonexistent, and the second morning I awoke with several ants on my pillow! Our daughter and her husband slept on the pull our couch but the mattress was so thin they could fell the bar so the mattress had to be put onto the floor.Bricks restaurant was a joke. We had reservations with ample time to eat and get into the park for early admission… nope! Horrible food and the reservation line took almost 45 minutes to wait.

LEGOLAND seems so big, but the employees make it feel like home. Wouldn’t have been the same experience without them. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Anyone I needed help from was incredibly helpful.

We had an amazing time at LEGOLAND! The workers were so nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Maricela Cauto, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She did an amazing job keeping everything clean. Her hard work and attention to detail truly stood out.The rooms were very clean, neat, and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also loved the quest for the treasure chest! It was such a fun and exciting experience for the kids, especially getting LEGOs and a magazine. It was a wonderful little surprise that made their stay even more special.The rides were fun, creative, and adventurous, with something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, LEGOLAND was a fantastic experience for our family. Between the friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, fun activities, and exciting rides, we made some wonderful memories. We truly appreciate all the hard work the team puts into making families feel welcome and ensuring everyone has a great time. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at the LEGOLAND Hotel! Maricela Cantu was very helpful, polite, and attentive. She did a great job keeping the tables clean and went out of her way to help us while we were having dinner outside. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you for making our experience even better!

This hotel was amazing. It was the most relaxing and fun vacation we’ve ever had! We stayed in the castle hotel and the themes were so fun! The staff was out of this world! There was entertainment, the restaurant was DELICIOUS, they had a playground, splash pad, outdoor movie theater - really it was so fun. 10/10 would go again. My kids are 8 & 10
