Mr. Joe Matthews, office staff, managers, housekeeping, maintenance & security are amazing people. All these years, they are nothing but kind, respectful & professional towards us. Our maintenance needs were met on time, housekeeping was never late, security was always alert, office staff & managers were friendly and understanding to us. They have become family and miss them since we left. Our bathroom was always cleaned weekly. The location was easy to find, very accessible to plazas & parks. It had a clean pool and the value was right enough for an inn.Every room had its own internet, the water in the shower & kitchenette was good temperature. It was quiet where our room was and it offers extended stay too
