I travel for a living. This is quite possibly the worst shuttle service I’m aware of. The driver made physical contact by poking me in the chest. This happened at 815 in the shuttle pickup area.the number of the shuttle was LH 0384. I hope this person gets fired and the service is no longer allowed to service DIA.Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a driver. Please avoid at all costs.

First shuttle blew right by us at DIA. We were on island 3 directly across from door 510 as instructed by spring hill suites to get this awful third party shuttle. Pay for an Uber if you want to get to your hotel on time.

Mike Martinez collected 3 of our group and 1 of another about 2:30 November 1st and delivered us at Quality Inn. What a dynamic personality! We were his last stop of the day. We are three elderly women. He delivered us directly to our parked vehicle AND LOADED OUR HEAVY SUITCASES INTO THE CAR!!! Enroute, he told us that he had been working for your company for one year. His employment date was one year from yesterday. He told us how grateful he was to your company and what a great life he has because of this employment opportunity.. Terry the manager at the Denver Airport was rude when we walked up to his shuttle requesting our family of 7 to get seats on his bus. His response when we asked if he had seats was I don't think I have enough seats (in a noticably irritated tone) Then he said this is my bus and I will tell you who can ride. We decided to wait for the next shuttle because he was clearly in a bad mood. We were booked by the airlines because of our flight being delayed so why he would treat us so rudely is beyond me.

Fred Ohimai was went the extra mile for us. Fred found us in the lobby of the hotel and offered the shuttle service after he learned that our car was stolen from our hotel parking lot. He patiently waited for us to collect ourselves and finish with the police officer so that we could make it to the airport in time for our flight. Although it was earlier than 5:00am, Fred was eager to help us, he was kind, and he offered us information and support in small ways that made a big difference in our day. I would recommend Fred as a driver anytime, and I would definitely use Western Shuttles again. The shuttle was also clean and Fred helped us with our bags. It was a bright spot after our difficult experience. Thanks, Fred!I also read one of the other reviews... We were allowed to bring our coffee on the shuttle.
